1 pack Nashi Konjac Shirataki Premium Noodles Â

170g raw king prawns, peeled Â

1 tsp olive oilÂ
-
1 clove garlic, finely choppedÂ

100g broccoli floretsÂ

½ red bell pepper (80g), slicedÂ

1 tbsp light soy sauceÂ
-
1 tsp fresh lime juiceÂ

Black pepper and salt to tasteÂ

Optional: chilli flakes, spring onionÂ
MethodÂ
Step 1:Â Prep the noodlesÂ
Rinse the konjac noodles 2-3 times under cold water. Drain well. Heat in an open pan for 2-3 minutes to remove excess moisture. Set aside.Â
Step 2:Â Cook the prawnsÂ
Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in the same pan. Add garlic and stir briefly. Add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and firm. Remove and set aside.Â
Step 3:Â Stir fry vegetablesÂ
Add broccoli and bell pepper to the pan. Cook for 3 minutes until tender. Add spinach and cook until it becomes soft. Â
Step 4:Â CombineÂ
Pour the prawns and noodles into the pan. Add soy sauce, lime juice and salt to taste. Toss for 1-2 minutes until heated. Season with black pepper.Â
Step 5:Â ServeÂ
Serve immediately while warm.Â
Serving TipÂ
Do not overcook the prawns. Once they turn pink and firm, they are ready. This keeps them tender and juicy.Â
