Garlic Shrimp Konjac Noodles

A light, high-protein bowl by Nashi Foods

Ingredients 

  • 1 pack Nashi Konjac Shirataki Premium Noodles  

  • 170g raw king prawns, peeled  

  • 1 tsp olive oil 

  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 

  • 100g broccoli florets 

  • ½ red bell pepper (80g), sliced 

  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce 

  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice 

  • Black pepper and salt to taste 

  • Optional: chilli flakes, spring onion 

Method 

Step 1: Prep the noodles 

Rinse the konjac noodles 2-3 times under cold water. Drain well. Heat in an open pan for 2-3 minutes to remove excess moisture. Set aside. 

Step 2: Cook the prawns 

Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in the same pan. Add garlic and stir briefly. Add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and firm. Remove and set aside. 

Step 3: Stir fry vegetables 

Add broccoli and bell pepper to the pan. Cook for 3 minutes until tender. Add spinach and cook until it becomes soft.  

Step 4: Combine 

Pour the prawns and noodles into the pan. Add soy sauce, lime juice and salt to taste. Toss for 1-2 minutes until heated. Season with black pepper. 

Step 5: Serve 

Serve immediately while warm. 

Serving Tip 

Do not overcook the prawns. Once they turn pink and firm, they are ready. This keeps them tender and juicy.
