Smoky Paprika Chicken & Greens Tapioca Noodles

Ingredients 

  • 1 Nashi Tapioca Konjac Shirataki Pot Noodles – Spicy Chicken Flavour 

  • 100g chicken breast, thinly sliced 

  • 1 tsp olive oil 

  • 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped 

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika 

  • ½ cup green beans, chopped 

  • ½ cup mushrooms, sliced 

  • ½ cup baby spinach 

  • 1 tbsp low-salt soy sauce 

  • Black pepper and salt, to taste 

  • Fresh lemon wedge 

Method 

Step 1: Prepare the noodles 

Place the noodles in the cup. Pour boiling water until fully covered. Close the lid and leave for 3 minutes. Drain well. Add the seasoning sachet and stir. Set aside. 

Step 2: Cook the chicken 

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and garlic. Cook for 4–5 minutes until lightly golden. Sprinkle smoked paprika and stir. 

Step 3: Add vegetables 

Add mushrooms and green beans. Cook for 2–3 minutes until tender but still slightly firm. 

Step 4: Combine 

Add prepared noodles to the pan. Pour in soy sauce and toss gently for 1–2 minutes. 

Step 5: Finish 

Add spinach, black pepper, and salt. Stir until smooth. Squeeze fresh lemon on top. 

Step 6: Serve 

Serve hot while fresh. 

Serving Tip 

For softer noodles, cover the pan for 30 seconds after mixing.
