1 Nashi Tapioca Konjac Shirataki Pot Noodles – Spicy Chicken FlavourÂ

100g chicken breast, thinly slicedÂ

1 tsp olive oilÂ

1 small clove garlic, finely choppedÂ

½ tsp smoked paprikaÂ

½ cup green beans, choppedÂ

½ cup mushrooms, slicedÂ

½ cup baby spinachÂ

1 tbsp low-salt soy sauceÂ

Black pepper and salt, to tasteÂ

Fresh lemon wedgeÂ
MethodÂ
Step 1:Â Prepare the noodlesÂ
Place the noodles in the cup. Pour boiling water until fully covered. Close the lid and leave for 3 minutes. Drain well. Add the seasoning sachet and stir. Set aside.Â
Step 2:Â Cook the chickenÂ
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and garlic. Cook for 4–5 minutes until lightly golden. Sprinkle smoked paprika and stir.Â
Step 3:Â Add vegetablesÂ
Add mushrooms and green beans. Cook for 2–3 minutes until tender but still slightly firm.Â
Step 4:Â CombineÂ
Add prepared noodles to the pan. Pour in soy sauce and toss gently for 1–2 minutes.Â
Step 5:Â FinishÂ
Add spinach, black pepper, and salt. Stir until smooth. Squeeze fresh lemon on top.Â
Step 6:Â ServeÂ
Serve hot while fresh.Â
Serving TipÂ
For softer noodles, cover the pan for 30 seconds after mixing. Â
